About
What makes me unique
I am both a Nurse Practitioner and a Dietitian, which allows me to offer an integrative approach to healthcare that blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of nutrition. This dual perspective enables me to provide personalized care that addresses the whole person, focusing not only on treating illness but also on promoting long-term wellness and prevention.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have had the privilege of working in a range of settings, from the Emergency Department and Family Practice to End-of-Life Care. These experiences have shaped my belief that true health is built on more than just managing disease—it’s about optimizing health now to ensure we live fully and age well. My time as an end-of-life provider was especially eye-opening, reinforcing the importance of being proactive about our health long before we face serious illness or decline. It became clear to me that by making intentional choices today, we can significantly influence not only our lifespan but also our healthspan, the years we spend living with vitality and purpose

Meet The Founder
My passion for women’s health led me to pursue advanced education in menopause care, and I am proud to have earned my Menopause Society Certification. As a Menopause Society Certified provider, I have undergone specialized training and certification through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS)—the leading organization focused on menopause care.
This certification signifies that I have advanced knowledge and expertise in understanding the complex hormonal changes women experience during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. It ensures that I am well-equipped to guide women through this important life stage with a thorough understanding of how hormonal shifts affect the body, mind, and overall well-being.
Additionally, I’m trained to look at preventive care—helping you reduce the risks of osteoporosis, heart disease, and other health concerns that become more significant as we age. My goal is to ensure that your transition through menopause is as smooth and symptom-free as possible, empowering you to live with energy, confidence, and optimal health.
And it’s not just about women!
While much of my focus is on supporting women through hormonal changes like menopause, I also recognize that men experience their own set of life transitions—often referred to as “manopause.” Just like women, men can face changes in energy, mood, libido, and metabolism as they age. While this phase of life is often overlooked or downplayed, I’m not ignoring it.

Why You Need a Trained Provider
While testosterone therapy can offer significant benefits, it’s important to remember that balance is key. Hormone therapy should never be a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Improper dosing or misuse of testosterone can lead to unwanted side effects, including mood swings, acne, or excessive hair growth. That’s why it’s essential to work with a trained provider who understands how to carefully monitor your levels and ensure that you’re receiving the appropriate dose for your specific needs.
I have pursued additional training in the prescribing of testosterone for both men and women, which allows me to offer this therapy safely and effectively, tailored to your individual needs. We’ll start with a thorough evaluation, including blood tests to assess your hormone levels, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. Throughout the process, I’ll monitor your progress, adjust dosages as needed, and ensure that you’re experiencing all the benefits of testosterone therapy without the drawbacks.
Whether you’re a man looking to regain energy and vitality or a woman wanting to reclaim your zest for life, testosterone therapy could be a key part of the solution. But the key to success is working with a trained, experienced provider who can guide you through the process safely and effectively
