Women's Sexual Health
A Vital Part of Your Overall Well-Being
Sexual health is an important aspect of overall wellness, yet it’s often overlooked or even avoided in medical discussions. I understand that sexual health is a topic that many women feel embarrassed to talk about, but it’s my mission to create a welcoming, safe space where you can feel comfortable discussing your concerns. I’ve seen firsthand how addressing sexual health issues can dramatically improve a woman’s self-esteem, sense of intimacy, and overall happiness. Sexual health is a fundamental part of your whole body wellness—and it should be treated as such.
At my practice, I believe that healthy sexuality is integral to your physical, emotional, and mental health, and I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your concerns. Whether it’s low libido, painful intercourse, or changes in desire, addressing sexual health is just as important as managing other aspects of your health.
Hormonal and Non-Hormonal Treatments
I’ve pursued additional training in both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments to provide comprehensive care for sexual health. I understand that each woman’s experience is unique, and so should be the treatment plan. Whether the cause is hormonal fluctuations (common in perimenopause or menopause) or other factors like stress, relationship issues, or physical conditions, there are multiple ways to help you restore your sexual health and vitality.
01
Hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone play key roles in sexual desire, vaginal health, and overall sexual function. As a NAMS Menopause Society Certified provider, I am well-versed in how to effectively use bioidentical hormones to address symptoms like vaginal dryness, pain during intercourse, decreased libido, and more.
02
For women who are unable or prefer not to use hormone therapy, there are many non-hormonal treatments available which we can further discuss. The advantage of offering both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options is that we can work together to find the approach that best suits you—whether it’s restoring hormonal balance or exploring alternative ways to improve intimacy and well-being.
03
I believe in a holistic approach to health—where all aspects of your well-being are intertwined, and sexual health is an essential part of that. Sexual well-being impacts your relationships, your confidence, and your overall quality of life, and it deserves to be prioritized, just like any other health concern.
Let’s Talk About It
If you’re ready to address your sexual health in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, I am here to help. I’ve made it my priority to pursue advanced training in hormonal and non-hormonal treatments, so I can provide you with a full spectrum of options to help you feel empowered, confident, and vibrant in every aspect of your health.
